"Safari-Valmir" Co. Ltd. was founded on 3rd of August 1994 year in Saint Petersburg, Russia. The main service is organization of hunting and fishing tours in Russia and former USSR countries. We have long history and big experience of cooperation with leading hunting farms.

Vladimir Smelov is a game biologist, an expert with 43 years of experience in sport hunting and 32 years in game organization, official SCI trophy measurer, 1st category expert in CIC trophy measuring and has PhD in the biological science.
